About this tool
What does it do?
Everyday line-based operations: sort, deduplicate, reverse, shuffle, number, prefix/suffix, join with custom delimiters, split columns and count. The spreadsheet janitor for pasted lists.
How to use it
- Paste lines, pick an operation, copy the result.
- Chain operations: dedupe → sort → number.
- Handle CSV-ish input by choosing the delimiter.
Examples
- Deduplicating 5,000 email addresses before import.
- Numbering 200 changelog items in one pass.
- Turning a column into a comma-separated SQL IN-list.
Important limitations
- “Duplicate” means byte-identical lines by default — near-dupes with different case need normalization first.
- Huge lists (100k+ lines) may strain the tab; work in chunks.
- Sorting is lexicographic unless numeric mode is on: 10 sorts before 9.
Privacy
All processing is local. Mailing lists and customer data never leave your browser.
